Driving decision-making with data and AI

When COVID-19 hit Qatar, leaders at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) relied heavily on data and analytics to make informed decisions on everything from capacity management, establishing field hospitals, contact tracing and even catering services. In Saudi Arabia, King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSH&RC) used data analytics to create COVID-19 dashboards to help make decisions and forecast the number of beds, protective equipment and staff support. In this session, leaders from HMC and KFSH&RC will share best practices around how business intelligence teams can present information to help leaders decide the best courses of action, responding to public requests on social media, building on data analytics, and the importance and key components of an applied AI core.
