Improving data quality through CommonWell Health Alliance enhanced patient matching

Accurate patient matching across disparate care venues is key to clinical patient data exchange. Cerner and CommonWell Health Alliance can autolink patients across CommonWell care locations to help reduce the need to confirm sources. This new capability is available for ease of use and may work completely behind the scenes. In this session, you'll hear from an early adopter and learn about other initiatives CommonWell is developing to facilitate easier patient data exchange.

The speakers, content managers, and planners from Cerner Corporation do not have any relevant financial interests to disclose.
