No Surprises Here, The Age of Price Transparency

This session will largely focus on the No Surprises Act and regulations issued under that Act. It will segregate the various requirements and impacts of those requirements of the No Surprises Act out. It will also touch on the Hospital Price Transparency requirements and updates under the OPPS.

Quality reporting updates

This session will cover relevant changes to the Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) program and Quality Payment Program (QPP) and use of eCQMs and CQMs for Quality submission and the impacts of the proposed rule on 2022 submission and future reporting years.

Quality Payment Program: APM Performance Pathway (APP)/MIPS Value Pathways (MVPs)

In this session, we will review the current and upcoming reporting years and how eligible clinicians will be able to report their Quality data via traditional MIPS, CMS Web Interface measures, APP reporting or MVPs.
